Matthew Perry’s ex-fiancée Molly Hurwitz looks sombre for the first time since his death while walking with a friend near her LA home

MATTHEW Perry’s ex-fiancée Molly Hurwitz has been pictured for the first time since Perry was found dead in a hot tub at his Los Angeles home on Saturday.
Hurwitz, 32, looked dejected as she walked her dog through a Los Angeles park near her home and spoke glumly to a group of friends.
The agent and talent manager wore black leggings and a black and white checked flannel shirt tied at the waist over a white T-shirt.
She hid her eyes behind dark sunglasses and a black hat as news of Perry’s death continued to reach the Friend star’s family and colleagues.
At some point the agent was seen crying.
Perry and Hurwitz began dating in 2018 and got engaged in November 2020 before ending the relationship in June 2021.
At the time, Perry said: “Sometimes things just don’t work out and this is one of them. I wish Molly all the best.”
Hurwitz is a talent manager and producer at Zero Gravity Management based in Los Angeles and New York.
She has not yet commented publicly on Perry’s death.
Why did Matthew Perry and Molly Hurwitz break up?
The couple met through friends as they hung out with the same people.
The Sun exclusively revealed their relationship in December 2019 as the couple enjoyed a romantic Christmas together.
On November 26, 2020, Matthew shared People Magazine: “I have decided to get engaged.”
“Luckily, I was dating the most amazing woman on the planet at the time.”
But unfortunately it wasn’t to be and on June 1, 2021, Matthew confirmed the news PEOPLEshared in a statement: “Sometimes things just don’t work out and this is one of them. I wish Molly all the best.”
In May 2021, it was reported that Hurwitz had put their wedding on hold after he “flirted with other women” during their break.
Weeks before their split, fans expressed concern for Matthew when he appeared to slur his speech and nod off during filming of the reunion special.
He sat down with the popular cast of Friends for a “three questions” interview People on Wednesday, during which the group reminisced about their years as friends and co-stars.
However, fans noticed that the Canadian actor did not respond to questions with his usual sharp wit and appeared calm and distracted.
The death of Mathew Perry
Perry was found dead in his hot tub on Saturday, where he is believed to have drowned.
Law enforcement sources initially said they were called to the residents regarding a cardiac arrest.
Police initially said no drugs were found at the scene and there was no suspicion of a crime.
The outlet revealed that before the tragedy, Perry came home from a two-hour game of pickleball and shortly after sent his assistant on an errand.
Pickleball is a racket game played on a court one-quarter the size of a tennis court with a lower net.
The game skyrocketed in popularity after a number of Hollywood stars started promoting it during the lockdown.
The assistant reportedly returned about two hours later, found Perry unresponsive and contacted emergency services.
The US Sun saw Perry’s father appear distraught as he arrived in his car and spoke to officers before slowly walking back to his vehicle and being allowed under the barrier.
The US Sun also learned that investigators arrived at Perry’s Los Angeles mansion around 7 p.m. local time and were waiting for the coroner.
The 911 call was said to have been made around 4 p.m. and investigators spent hours at the home as Matthew’s family arrived at the scene distraught.
