actor Selena Gomez dropped a bomb Only murders in the building Casting announcement today on TikTok and Instagram. The legendary actor Meryl Streep joins the cast for the third season. It’s currently unknown what exactly Meryl’s role will be, but fans are excited.
Gomez’s video shows her smiling and sitting on the couch alongside her co-stars Martin Short and Steven Martin. She then pans the camera to show Paul Rudd, who also joins the cast for season three. Then, surprisingly, Streep shows up from behind the couch to jokingly hand Martin a pillow and ask if Gomez or Short need anything.
Martin also expressed his excitement on Twitter.

Only murders in the building is a comedic mystery series that first premiered on Hulu in August 2021. It was created by Steve Martin and John Hoffman. When a murder happens in their own building, they can’t help but get involved in solving the murder and start a podcast about it.
The show continues to be well received with a 100 percent Rotten Tomato Tomatometer rating and a 93 percent viewer rating. He received Emmy nominations for Outstanding Comedy Series and Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series for Martin and Short.
