Metal Gear Solid fans discover additional clues about a possible MGS 4 remaster and more

After a previous leak seemed to confirm that Metal Gear Solid 4 would eventually make its way into the Metal Gear Solid Master Collection, more hints of a remaster of the beloved PS3 classic have emerged, with hints of more to come.
Reddit user Timo653 recently posted photos of code said to be from the Metal Gear Solid Master Collection launcher. The strings seem to indicate that Metal Gear Solid 4, Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker and even Metal Gear Solid 5 will be added at some point in the future.

IGN has since examined the code and can confirm that the references are authentic.
The discovery caused great excitement among fans, not least because Metal Gear Solid 4 is only available on the defunct PlayStation 3. Metal Gear Solid 4 was released in 2008 and concluded the story of Solid Snake, but continued heavily from the story of Big Boss. It’s a beloved entry by fans and critics alike, and IGN writes in our 10/10 review that “its depth and complexity, coupled with its technical prowess, make it one of the best games of the year, and indeed one of the best games of the year.” “make the best games of the year.” best games ever made.
At the time, it was touted as the final game in the series, but creator Hideo Kojima returned to the well once again with Metal Gear Solid 5.
The leak follows the earlier discovery of the placeholders for Metal Gear Solid 4, Peace Walker and Metal Gear Solid 5 on the official website. IGN previously reported that the Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2 lineup is correct.
Hopefully, whenever Metal Gear Solid Vol. The Switch version, on the other hand, does not include all of the games in the collection in the shopping cart, so players will have to download Metal Gear Solid 1, 2 and 3.
