My Mum Your Dad star Monique is returning to her “day job” three weeks after the ITV show ended

Just weeks after the ITV show’s emotional end, MY Mum Your Dad star Monique has given up on fame and returned to her “normal” job.
The 50-year-old, who became a fan favorite on the show, shared a video of her on the Middlesex University London campus.
Monique is a therapist but is also studying again and attending university three days a week.
On Monday, she gave her Instagram followers a glimpse into her day in the lab.
The reality star captioned the clip: “Today’s Lab 🥼 was a way to help others in the future! That’s what we should all do, not hurt others with words or weapons, but help each other.”
She continued: “#futuredoctor in the making 👊🏽 my university family 🫶🏽 everyone has a struggle you can’t see #bekind #bekindtoyourself.”
During the show, Monique experienced a complicated journey as she was involved in a love triangle drama.
Although she managed to find the spark with Martin Makepeace, she realized that he was also attracted to Tollulah.
Martin insisted that his feelings for Monique were real and that he was “physically attracted” to her.
He told Monique’s daughter Taiya on the show: “That one chat where you socialize and see what happens… And then me and your mom had a conversation and within five minutes we just hit it off.”
“It all kind of fell into place and I would be lying if I said I wasn’t physically attracted to her because that’s very important to me too.”
The couple decided in the finale to just be friends after the rollercoaster ride of the show.
Monique surprised her fans by becoming friends with Clayton in a new snap last month.
Adding fuel to the fire, she captioned the picture: “@claytonbyfield you’re another rib in my cage 😂😂😂!”
However, she quickly cleared things up and confirmed that they were not together, but described him as the “best idiot.”
