Niall Horan leaves A-listers stunned with hysterical impression of top singer

Irish star Niall Horan gushed about his former Voice colleague US judge Blake Shelton as he appeared on a popular American talk show.

The One Direction singer is currently filming the 24th season of Voice US alongside pop stars John Legend, Gwen Stefani and country icon Reba McEntire.

But Niall revealed that he is still a big fan of Blake, who left the hit TV show after season 23.

His wife, No Doubt star Gwen Stefani, is now a coach on the popular show where they met.

Niall and Gwen appeared on The Jennifer Hudson Show to talk about the new season of the American singing competition.

When asked about Blake Shelton, Niall, 30, gushed about the popular country singer, saying, “What you see with Blake is what you get.”

“On camera, on camera, he’s just that guy.”

Irish heartthrob Niall was smartly dressed, wearing a classic blue shirt, cream trousers and a pair of black and white loafers.

Niall continued to show his love for Blake, even calling him the “nicest guy in the world.”

He added: “He just loves what he loves and he enjoys it.”

Blake has been married to his wife Gwen Stefani for over three years after the couple tied the knot in 2020.

Gwen made a clever joke following Niall’s positive comments when she said: “Yeah, I’ll stay with him too I think.”

Niall replied: “I really think you should.”

Host Jennifer Hudson even asked Niall about his impressions of the Voice judge as she said: “I hear you get to do some great impressions of him?”

To which Niall replied: “Well, I don’t know how to do an impression, but I can do a southern accent.”

And the Slow Hands singer sent the audience into a frenzy after trying to impress Blake Shelton at his best.

With a thick southern accent, Niall pointed to Gwen and said, “That’s my wife Gwen Stefani.”

Jennifer Hudson looked shocked at the Irish star’s incredible accent as she leaned back in her chair in awe.

Niall continued to play his best as Blake, saying: “I would love you to be on my team.”

Jennifer then turned to Gwen Stefani and said, “What do you think?”

Gwen pointed affectionately at Niall and said, “I just love that guy and I love Blake.”

And fans were quick to comment on the Mullingar native’s antics on the show.

One person commented: “Niall’s impressions are always the best.”

While Erin said: “I love Niall so much.”

And another fan added: “OMG hahah this is sooo good.”
