The launch date for the Oppo Find N3 Flip is set for August 29, the company confirmed on Thursday. The phone maker will unveil the successor to the Oppo Find N2 Flip at its next launch event. Alongside the upcoming foldable clamshell phone, the company will also launch the Oppo Watch 4 Pro. Ahead of the launch, the company has shared images of the upcoming Oppo Find N3 Flip and Oppo Watch 4 Pro, giving us an idea of what to expect from both devices.
In a series of posts on Weibo, the company announced Thursday that the Oppo Find N3 Flip will launch in China on August 29. According to the Chinese smartphone manufacturer, the event will take place at 2:00 p.m. (11:30 a.m. IST). In addition to the Find N3 Flip, the Oppo Watch 4 Pro will also be presented on the same day.
In addition to the launch posters for the Oppo Find N3 Flip, the company has also released images of the phone and smartwatch ahead of their debut in China. Images of the Oppo Find N3 Flip show a foldable clamshell phone with a vertical cover screen that appears to be smaller than its competitors – the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra and the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5. On the left side of the phone is what appears to be to be the tri-state alert slider found on OnePlus phones.
The rear camera module can also be seen in the images of the Oppo Find N3 Flip, suggesting that it will feature a triple rear camera setup. The camera’s round body also bears Hasselblad branding – readers may recall that last year the company announced a three-year partnership with Hasselblad, with the two companies jointly developing camera technology for the flagship Find series.
Meanwhile, the Oppo Watch 4 Pro is similar to last year’s Watch 3 Pro with a rectangular design and metal body in gray and black color options. The wearable is equipped with a large crown button and another button. Shown in two strap options, the Oppo Watch 4 Pro will be launched alongside the Find N3 Flip on August 29, according to the company.
