The Osbournes joined Piers Morgan Uncensored on TalkTV to open up about their lives and discuss whether they plan to return to the UK.

On the talk show, Ozzy appeared in good spirits after undergoing surgery just two days earlier.

The surgery was part of an ongoing battle to repair his severe neck fracture following an ATV accident.

Opening up about his health, Ozzy said: “I finally had my last procedure two days ago.

“I can’t believe I’ve reached the end. The main thing is over now, I’m done with the operation.”

“But it has been five years of absolute hell for me and my family. The family supported me so much.”

“I couldn’t have done it without her. It was a really bad scene. I have Parkinson’s, but I never think about it.”

Ozzy admitted he didn’t realize the severity of the injury, saying: “I kept working with it until I fell and then everything just broke.”

“I’m not complaining, I’m moving on. If you’re still moving, you won’t be dead.”

Former X Factor judge Sharon explained how the whole family’s lives had “changed dramatically” over the past five years following the accident.

She said: “So many people can relate to who has a partner… it changes your whole life.”

“Suddenly you’re heading in a different direction and your life changes so drastically. It’s really hard.”

“Especially in the summer as always Summer Ozzy works, goes out and hosts festivals.
