Pasadena Police Department is releasing new video of a shooter wanted in the shooting death of 13-year-old boy Iran Moreno

PASADENA, Calif. (KABC)– A year after a 13-year-old Pasadena boy was fatally shot, police have released new footage of the shooting as the search for the shooter continues.

Iran Moreno was hit by a stray bullet through his window in November 2021 while he was playing video games in his bedroom.

Pasadena police say they have exhausted all leads leading to the shooting, but they hope the footage will help someone identify the shooter.

Video shows a car pulling into a parking lot on North Raymond Avenue and then turning around before stopping briefly. A passenger appears to be exiting the car and shots are being fired towards the victim’s home, police say.

The male suspect was wearing a “two-tone hoodie or long-sleeved shirt.” Police describe the suspect vehicle as a gray 2017-2020 Ford Fusion 4-door.

A reward of $85,000 will be offered.

The Pasadena Police Department is asking anyone with information to call the department at (626) 744-4241. Anonymous disclosures can be submitted online at lacrimestoppers.org or by calling Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-TIPS (8477).
