Pixel 8 Series Design Revealed; New Pixel Watch and Buds launch confirmed

The Pixel 8 series, including the standard Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro, is scheduled to launch on October 4th from Google. Ahead of the official debut, the California-based tech giant has revealed the design of the smartphones. Google has also hinted at additional devices scheduled to launch on the same day. These include new smartwatches and headphones, which could be the Pixel Watch 2 and the new Pixel Buds Pro. The company has also announced the pre-order sales date for its upcoming Pixel 8 series as well as the smartwatch and headphones.
Weeks before the launch event, Google gave a glimpse of the products that will be released on October 4th. A teaser video Posted on X by Made by Google (@madebygoogle) revealed the debut of the Pixel Watch 2 and the new Pixel Buds Pro, apart from the Pixel 8 series, on October 4th. Both the smartwatch and the earbuds will launch in at least one porcelain color variant, as shown in the video.
In another teaser video Posted From Made by Google, the company revealed the official design of the upcoming Pixel 8 series. While the standard Pixel 8 featured a dual rear camera setup, the Pixel 8 Pro is shown with a triple rear camera setup. The Pixel 8 Pro could at least come onto the market in the Porcelain White color variant, as can be seen from the video. On the other hand, it is confirmed that the Pixel 8 will also get the Pink color option among other color variants.
In the same video, the company also announced that pre-orders for both smartphones, Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro, will begin on October 4th. The launch event is scheduled to begin on October 4 at 10 AM ET (7:30 PM IST).
The company has not yet announced the official on-sale date for the Pixel 8 series smartphones and other devices. However, their debut is expected to take place in the first half of October 2023.
