Pre-orders for PlayStation Portal are available at Best Buy

The PlayStation Portal can be pre-ordered at Best buy And GameStop (Pro members only) for $200 in advance 15th of November Release date. The Portal, formerly known as Project Q, is a remote play handheld device designed specifically for PS5. The ability to connect to your console via WiFi is intended to give you the ability to access your games anywhere in the house.
$200

The PlayStation Portal is essentially a DualSense controller with an 8-inch LCD screen between the joysticks. It offers adaptive triggers, haptic feedback and supports 1080p resolution at 60 fps. You also benefit from a 3.5mm jack that allows you to connect a headset for multiplayer gaming.
Remember that this is a streaming device. So you need a fast (and reliable) Internet connection to get the most out of your handheld. Sony points out that this is designed as a “device for gamers in households where they may need to share their living room TV with others or simply want to play games in another room of the house.”
While it was already possible to stream PS5 games via Remote Play, PlayStation Portal will take advantage of a brand new wireless technology called PlayStation Link. PlayStation says the new technology offers low latency and lossless audio, which should ideally result in smooth gaming sessions when you’re away from your PS5.
However, due to the new PlayStation Link feature, the portal does not support Bluetooth headphones. If you want to listen undisturbed while playing games on the handheld, this is what you have to go for new PlayStation Elite headset or Pulse Explore earbuds. The new accessory supports Bluetooth, so you can use it with other devices in addition to PlayStation Portal.
