Real Housewives of Cheshire star Seema Malhotra’s fashion brand owes nearly £3million

who knows Real Housewives of Cheshire? Who knows who Seema Malhotra Is? Well, probably Kate Middleton first. Seema has her own fashion brand, Forever Unique, and Kate (among others) has been spotted wearing these designs before.

The news says that Seema’s company, which she and husband Sandeep founded, is around £3million in debt. From the outside, it seems that Seema is more creative, and her husband is in business. However, both have been in the industry for a long time and it is said that they have not been able to change things after the pandemic. The company’s wholesale business filed for bankruptcy and was liquidated to pay off debts. Apparently they can’t meet their obligations!

But it’s a business and that doesn’t mean Forever Unique is going away. Some reorganizations have resulted in a change in operating company and a switch to selling direct to consumers. Yes that’s right. If the ship leaks, it will be repaired and it will set off. That happens all the time.

Who do you owe?

Was there an inappropriateness? Nothing has surfaced except for a lawsuit involving a brand rep, Paige Thorne (of love island) on unpaid compensation. However, if creditors (most debt goes to foreign companies) have something to add, they are invited to do so at the next stage – investigating the decision-makers and their decision-making.

Interestingly, due to the structure of the companies, Seema’s husband also owes money from the company and another company he owns is owed £500,000. We’ll see if he recovers the funds mentioned and what happens to Forever Unique. However, I doubt that this will change the finances of the Malhotras.

If you ask me, the brand is at its best and needs to streamline its product lines. That’s neither here nor there, however, and Real Housewives of Cheshire is still an attempt. It is in its groundbreaking 16th season and the Golden Triangle is arguably one of the most successful franchises overseas. Self Khloe Kardashian said she was a fan in 2016!
