Saturday Kitchen Live causes a stir: Matt Tebbutt is replaced by a big BBC star
SATURDAY Kitchen Live had a lot of excitement today with presenter Matt Tebbutt missing from the show.
Instead, the popular TV chef was replaced by another big BBC star.

During BBC Breakfast, presenter Charlie Staylt went into the Saturday Kitchen studio at 10am to find out what was coming up on her show.
But viewers were in for a surprise when The One Show star Alex Jones hosted the show instead of celebrity chef Matt.
Speaking to Alex, Charlie said: “Matt’s gone and you’re here instead!”
She introduced herself as Matt’s replacement and said with a big smile, “Absolutely! Matt’s gone and I’m here to play!”
She then introduced her guests for the day, including Love Island spokesperson Iain Stirling.
Alex is known for hosting The One Show every night and, like Matt, is a popular BBC star.
She previously represented the television chef and was very popular with viewers.
It’s unknown when Matt will return to the show, but he’s a regular on our TV screens, hosting Saturday Kitchen every weekend.
The popular star has also hosted other foodie shows; from Food Unwrapped to Save Money: Good Food with Susanna Reid from GMB.
