Some fans think Len Goodman would have a field day with Harry Jowsey.

As Season 32 of Dancing With the Stars nears its finale, some fans are wondering who will end up winning the Mirrorball Trophy.

Every week, reality TV star Harry Jowsey lands at the bottom of the leaderboard. However, fans are voting to keep him on the show and he has his sights set on the semi-finals – and beyond. Jowsey competes alongside the show’s newest pro, Rylee Arnold. Her older sister is long-time professional player Lindsay Arnold.

For many, this situation is reminiscent of season 27, when Bobby Bones won. Bones was always in the middle of the field and didn’t show much improvement, but was still crowned the winner. Now, some fans feel that the judges are taking Jowsey a little too lightly and that things would be very different if Len Goodman was still on the show.

Goodman has been the head judge on DWTS since its inception. He retired at the end of season 31 and died of complications from cancer a few months later.

Here’s what you need to know:

Some Dancing With the Stars fans believe Len Goodman would have some tough love for Harry Jowsey

While a lot of people really enjoyed watching Jowsey in season 32, there are also a lot of fans who think it’s time for him to be eliminated. Every week that Jowsey is safe, fans take to social media to voice their displeasure.

In a Reddit thread started in mid-November 2023, some fans said that they would really miss Goodman this season and even predicted how Goodman would react to Jowsey.

“Len is in heaven, shaking his head in disbelief at what’s happening this season.” one person wrote.

“DWTS will never be the same without Len Goodman. Len brought legitimacy to DWTS. Everyone was aiming for a 10 from Len. There’s no way Harry would have survived DWTS with Len. “The current judges have shot themselves in the foot by overrating Harry throughout the competition, except for the last few weeks.” someone else said.

“Len would have Harry in tears every week” read a third comment.

“I miss Len, he would have gotten him out.” a fourth added.

Harry Jowsey remains positive despite the criticism

During Season 32, Jowsey and Arnold took their fair share of criticism, but the two did their best to stay positive.

Jowsey has expressed that he feels bad about what people have said both on the show and on social media, but he really thanks his dance partner for helping him through it.

“She supports us a lot. There isn’t much criticism. There are always good compliments, which is always great. “It strengthens me, gives me confidence in my movements, makes me feel good, and yes, it was just a very special experience,” Jowsey told People magazine.

Jowsey, who also became famous for the Netflix series Too Hot to Handle spoke to Hollywood Life about how he dealt with the negativity.

“I really appreciate that people hate us now because at least they are emotionally invested in watching us and they want to see us lose. So that means they’re going to watch the show, and that’s great. This is a win for everyone,” he told the outlet.
