Stephen A. Smith says he would vote for Chris Christie and not every Democrat in Slam of Biden

In a small debate with Hannity over whether Christie leans left or right, Smith said, “He’s certainly not a liberal. … But I’ll tell you this much: I would vote for him before I vote for any of the Democratic candidates I’ve seen.”

Hannity baited Smith by asking why Democrats couldn’t accept that Biden was “weak, frail and cognitively alert.” Smith said, “I’m not going there,” but attacked Biden on other fronts.

“I think there’s a lot of people who can do better,” Smith said, adding, “I look at him and I don’t like what I see.” I’m not impressed with what I see, and I was very concerned about what I have seen and the fact that he will be 82 at the time of the election.”

“If he won the election, he would be in the White House until he was 86,” Smith continued. “I find it extremely embarrassing in 2023 that the Liberal side has him as their best candidate. What does it say about you if this is the best candidate you can give the left? That’s ridiculous!”

Smith tried to tone down his comments by saying it was “not a slap at Joe Biden, but rather an indictment of the Democratic Party.”
