Isolated storms will continue into Saturday night, with a brief lull in action overnight. Scattered storms will return early Sunday morning as a cold front passes. Isolated severe storms are possible, with the main threats being high, gusty winds and isolated tornadoes. The lows will fall to the low 70s as it remains breezy overnight.
Rain moves to the east coast late Sunday morning, giving way to plenty of sunshine. It will be windy all day with highs only rising into the upper 70’s. Storm warnings are in place all along the Gulf Coast, with very rough waters expected inland.
The breeze eases on Monday as humidity drops. In bright sunshine, the highs climb to the low 80s after morning lows in the mid to high 60s.
Expect a dry and comfortable week with lows in the 60s and highs in the 80s before the next chance of rain on Saturday.
