Street Fighter 6 Sees Stunning Gameplay Reveal & 2023 Release Window

street fighter 6 was officially unveiled with a gameplay trailer during today’s State of Play showcase and will bring some very first features to the franchise.

Tonight was quite a big night for fighting fans as Capcom officially shed some light on the next entry in the street fighter Series. Contrary to previous entries, the game seems to be more inspired by western culture than before, but that doesn’t mean fans wouldn’t like it!

street fighter 6 will continue to feature the franchise’s legendary fighters like Ryu and Chun-Li, but you can also expect some new faces like Jamie! However, the full squad for the game has yet to be announced.

Street Fighter 6 will feature a story-driven single-player campaign as well as a Battle Hub for multiplayer experiences

Capcom is working on a large-scale story-based campaign for street fighter 6where they aim to break the usual cliché and deliver something entirely new, giving players more ways to get to know their characters and interact with other NPCs.

In addition, the game will feature a Battle Hub, a unique space dedicated to the multiplayer portion of the game. While Battle Hub is your main area for matchmaking and tournaments, you can also use some unique and new communication and social features to interact with other players. More on that will be revealed later.

Last but not least, Capcom assured newcomers to the Street Fighter franchise that they would implement a modern character control system that would allow new players to quickly learn about the game mechanics. The classic control remains in the series. So there is nothing to worry about!

street fighter 6 will be available for PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam in Summer 2023. Street Fighter 6 Sees Stunning Gameplay Reveal & 2023 Release Window
