Texas Amber Alert: Missing 13-year-old Aubree trainer found

According to the Azle Police Department, Aubree Trainer first went missing around 7:20 p.m. on Wednesday, March 22 at First Baptist Azle.

AZLE, Texas — An Amber Alert issued for a 13-year-old Azle girl was canceled after the teen was found safe, officials say.

Azle Police Department confirmed Aubree Trainer was found safely Thursday afternoon and an investigation is ongoing.

Law enforcement upgraded the trainer from missing/run away to a yellow alert on Thursday after learning she may have been kidnapped and in a white van near First Baptist at around 7:20pm on Wednesday, March 22 Azle was taken.

Azle Police confirmed Trainer was found in the town – which is northwest of Fort Worth in counties Parker and Tarrant. Police also said Trainer may have known the person she left with.

“We do not believe there is an ongoing threat to the public from this vehicle. If this information changes, we will let you know,” the Azle Police Department said in a statement Thursday afternoon.
