1. Dragon Ball Super: Superhero

It would be fair to start the list with the movie that fans are waiting for the most. Dragon Ball Super: Superhero is the twenty-first dragon ball franchise film overall and the first to be produced using 3D animation. The film was originally scheduled to be released on April 22, 2022, but then the release date was pushed back to June 11, 2022. The Red Ribbon Army has regrouped after being defeated by Goku in the past and now they are stronger than before. Now Goku and his teammates have to fight them again.

2. Minions: The Rise of Gru

One of the most popular animated franchises, Despicable Me is coming back this year with another project. This film will be a spin-off of the 2015 minions Film being prepared for a theatrical release June 1, 2022. The second part of the film picks up where the first ended. 12-year-old Gru wants to join the team of evil villains known as the Vicious 6. When he goes to an interview to become a member, things don’t go as planned and now their main target is Gru.

3. Paws of Fury: The Legend of Hank

Also known as Flaming Samurai, Paws of Rage: The Legend of Hank is a film directed by Rob Minkoff, inspired by the 1974 film, Flaming Saddles. The Legend of Hank will be officially released in the US July 15, 2022 from Paramount Pictures. Hank, a shy and weak dog, is always dominated by the others of his kind. Fed up with his poor life, Hank decides to become a samurai under another cat, Jinbo. Meanwhile, another giant cat named Ika Chu is destroying the city, which Hank must stop.

4. Puss in Boots: The Last Wish

Here’s another spin-off movie from a great franchise, Shrek. The Last Wish is a sequel to the 2011 film, Male cat In boots which was a great success. Since the film is slated for release December 21, 2022, there is still a good time left for you to enjoy. Until then, you can enjoy these upcoming horror movies. Puss has lost eight of his nine lives and now he must find the last wish and get his precious lives back. Antonio Banderas will speak Puss in Bootswhile Salma Hayek will speak Kitty Softpaws.

5. Pinochio

It’s time to relive your childhood with the release of Pinnochioa story based on the 1883 book by Carlo Collodi. Pinnochio is a project by Walt Disney Pictures, making it an even more anticipated animated film of 2022. It will be officially released on Disney+ Sep 2022, the exact date is not fixed yet. The film’s cast includes Tom Hanks as Geppetto, Cynthia Erivo as The Blue Fairy and Luke Evans as The Coachman.
