According to Teck, he wanted a break and described Season 2 as “tiring, grueling, mentally draining and stressful.” Also, he felt the production was doing a few things that were “overboard,” including “fun with the money.”
The reality TV star clarified, pointing out that the cast were competing for $500,000, which became his “precedent”. In Season 2, Teck thought the prize money stayed the same, recalling host TJ Lavin telling the cast they were going to fight for half a million.

However, the real world Alum says things changed along the way, with the presenter later claiming they would win their share of the prize with a teammate.
Teck questioned why the production hadn’t revealed this to the cast already, as he felt they should have already known.
The reality star continued, pointing out that the competitors on the show go through a lot. That’s why he believes they can’t do it “at a discount.”
Finally, Teck urged prospective performers to inquire about the cash prize before the competition and then decline if they are not playing for the total of $500,000. “Cannot be exploited twice,” he added.
