The Sun previously revealed that TOWIE’s Gemma Collins is one of the famous faces taking part in the show.

She teams up with Radio 1 presenter and DJ Melvin Odoom to wander around antique fairs in the hope of making some extra money for second-hand items.

Another surprising couple appearing in the celebrity special are Love Island winners Davide and Ekin-Su.

The two go head-to-head as they trade the villa for appraisals and compete with each other for the most expensive antiques.

He joked about their “healthy competition” and said: “It was a great pleasure to be part of the Celebrity Antiques Road Trip – from the nostalgic feeling of getting into an antique car to the fun of buying and selling antiques.”

“There was healthy competition between Ekin and I and we had a lot of fun supporting each other through the experience. I learned a lot about antiques and how looks can be deceiving; “Something may seem like it’s worth a lot, but maybe it just has more sentimental value.”

Joining them in the all-star cast are Strictly Come Dancing pro Amy Dowden, former contestant Sara Davies and 1980s pop star friends Samantha Fox and Sinitta.

Sinitta joked that she felt like “pop music’s answer to Thelma and Louise” as she drove along country roads in the vintage car.
