The latest update to The Sims 4 turns your Sims into chefs

The Sims 4 is the game that is always fun to play, especially if you are one of the many Simmers who look forward to the regular updates and expansions of life simulation games. These show no signs of slowing down, even with Project Rene (The Sims 5) in development.
The latest update for The Sims 4 fans brings updates to the base game, bug fixes and the Home Chef Hustle Stuff Pack. In fact, as we noted last week, it’s been almost three years since The Sims 4 received an accessory pack that cost slightly more than DLC kits like Bathroom Clutter, Modern Men’s Fashion, etc.
Therefore, many assumed that we would no longer see Stuff Pack, but unfortunately. The Home Chef Hustle Stuff Pack promises to fill the hearts of culinary-talented Sims and Simmers, but it may also lead to nightmares in the kitchen. We’ve all been there: letting our Sims cook a complicated meal that bursts into flames, then trapping them in those flames. Oops!
The Home Chef Hustle Stuff Pack introduces new kitchen gadgets for Sims to use, such as a food processor, waffle iron, countertop pizza oven, and more. You can then also invite other Sim friends and neighbors to enjoy your culinary delights with you, or if you want to turn it into a business, you can also sell your meals.
Oh, and of course, cooking in The Sims 4 wouldn’t be right without the perfect clothing for the job. As such, new kitchen-friendly hairstyles, food-themed accessories, and aprons will be part of the Home Chef Hustle Stuff Pack when it launches on September 28th.
The pack also adds many new recipes to The Sims 4. That’s why, in an update to the game, EA has finally updated the recipe interface so players can now filter recipes and find what they want to cook more easily.
The base game update also adds cupcakes for toddlers to enjoy if they wish! Meal preparation and cooking now also better reflects your Sim’s mood, skill level, and quality of device they’re using. The Cool Kitchen Stuff pack is also getting a small update so little Sims can use the Sweet Tooth Ice Cream Maker when they’re craving a cold treat.
For a full list of bug fixes made during this update, see the September 26 update details on the EA Blog.
Will you put your Sims to the test with the Home Chef Hustle Stuff Pack? I’m pretty excited to see if I can force my Sims to have a cooking competition or something like that. Let us know your plans for The Sims 4!
