The most popular series on Netflix right now besides “Selling Sunset”
According to the streaming service’s public ranking system, “Selling Sunset” is currently the most popular series on Netflix.
The sixth season of the hit reality show about high-end real estate agents premiered on May 19 and catapulted the series to the top of the Netflix trending list. The 11 new episodes of Selling Sunset mark the return of notable cast members such as Chrishell Stause, Heather El Moussa and Mary Fitzgerald, as well as the introduction of several new faces.
Next in line is XO, Kitty, a lively spin-off of the To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before film series. Released on May 18, the series follows the title character’s little sister as she embarks on her own romantic adventure in South Korea.
Another currently popular series is “Muted”, a Spanish psychological thriller got terrible reviews. The six-episode drama, which premiered May 19, tells the story of a man who is released from prison six years after being convicted of murdering his parents and the psychiatrist who tries to uncover the truth about what happened to bring light.
As for shows not produced by Netflix, the CBS police series SWAT is also trending on the streaming service. This is likely due to the fact that the series was scheduled to be canceled after six seasons and the final episode was scheduled to air on May 19, but the network recently decided to renew it for another season. The first five seasons are now available on Netflix.
