Grove Street looks amazing in the GTA San Andreas Remake demo
TeaserPlay recently shared some footage from their latest project in Unreal Engine 5, which is a recreation of Grove Street, the iconic neighborhood of GTA San Andreas. The mod shows Grove Street day and night with stunning graphics, high quality textures and amazing lighting.
A 3D model of CJ created by Hossein Diba was also used in this demo. It’s not a MetaHuman project, but it looks absolutely detailed.
Unfortunately this isn’t a playable project and the modder won’t be releasing this publicly as he might have serious problems afterwards with how aggressive Take-Two is towards modders. That being said, it’s still a big effort to show off the Unreal Engine 5’s capabilities and let fans know what a next-gen it is Grand Theft Auto game would look like, although Rockstar will likely use its in-house engine for development GTA6.
