Two people face charges after drugs were found hidden in rubber pregnancy tummies

ANDERSON COUNTY, SC (WSPA) – The Anderson County Sheriff’s Office said two people have been charged with drug offenses following a traffic stop.
According to the sheriff’s office, officers initiated traffic control along I-85 while conducting proactive patrol.
Deputies arrested Anthony Miller and Cemeka Mitchem.
MPs said the first red flag began when the two gave conflicting accounts of their “due date”.
Officials say when Mitchem realized officers were becoming more suspicious of the conflicting story, she ran off and drugs fell from the fake gizzard.
Officers seized more than 1,500 grams of cocaine.
Miller and Mitchem are charged with cocaine trafficking.
