Vanderpump Rules’ Raquel Leviss returns to Instagram after Scandoval

Raquel Leviss is up to date again. The Vanderpump Rules alum made her first non-promotional social media post since the Scandoval fallout.
“I dreamed of a place like this 🌻,” Leviss, 28, captioned clips of herself enjoying a flower farm and learning how to make floral arrangements Instagram on Saturday, September 9th. She smiled at the camera as she walked through an idyllic greenhouse at golden hour.
Before her latest video, she was only back on social media to promote her appearance Bethenny Frankel“ReWives” podcast, her only interview since then Pump rules Reunion. “Thank you @bethennyfrankel for providing a space to talk so openly about everything,” she wrote last month while leaving comments turned off.
Leviss responded to her post on Saturday with comments and was flooded with messages of support. “I think it’s time to leave her alone. Everyone makes mistakes,” one person wrote, while another added, “Despite everything that happened, you deserve to move on and live a happy life.”
Us weekly confirmed that Leviss and Tom SandovalThe duo’s affair led to Sandoval and his girlfriend’s breakup Ariana Madix after their 9 year relationship.
Both Sandoval and Leviss apologized via social media statements in the weeks after the affair became public. “First and foremost, I would like to apologize to everyone I have hurt through this process. Most of all, I want to apologize to Ariana,” he wrote. “I have made mistakes, I have been selfish and I have made reckless decisions that have hurt someone I love. No one deserves to feel this pain so traumatically and publicly.”
Meanwhile, Leviss said she “spoke to an advisor” following the scandal. “I have sought emotional validation through intimate relationships that, without regard for my own well-being, are not healthy, sometimes negatively impact others, and often prioritize intimate connection over my friendships,” she wrote via Instagram on March 8. “I am taking steps to understand my behavior and make healthier choices.”
In a second post, she explained that she was not ready to comment on the status of her relationship with Sandoval. “Knowing how many people we hurt, I need to understand my choices and learn to make better choices. I need to take care of my health, work on self-development and take time to cope with being alone,” Leviss wrote. “I care about Tom and don’t want to name or predict what lies ahead. Right now I need to heal.”
She later deleted both posts.
Leviss went to a psychiatric facility after the spring Vanderpump Rules Reunion and was treated for 90 days. In her first post-treatment interview on Frankel’s podcast last month, Leviss apparently confirmed that she would not be appearing VPR Season 11 and talked about how counseling helped her understand her own toxic choices.
“It took me a while to accept it, but I learned about love addiction and it’s a real thing. “This is where you confuse intensity with intimacy,” Leviss explained. “And these chemical changes in the brain are the same chemical changes that occur when you take medication. So it’s addictive and it explains why I couldn’t stop watching this person, but it also doesn’t excuse the fact that it happened. But now I know better.”
Before her relationship with Sandoval, Leviss was engaged to Sandoval Pump rules Costar James Kennedy. After five years together, the duo separated in December 2021.
