Virginia Bill would ban men from female school sports

A Virginia state legislature has proposed legislation that would prohibit public schools and colleges from allowing natural males to compete in girls’ sports.
The reasonable measure would require students to submit a form from a doctor certifying their sex and physical fitness.
Sports teams sponsored by a public educational institution would be required to designate sports teams as single-sex or mixed – natural males would not be allowed to compete on female teams.
While the rules for the 2023-2024 school year would go into effect if the measure becomes law, the legislation will almost certainly not reach GOP Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s desk as Democrats hold the majority state senate.

The issue of biological men identifying as women competing in girls’ sports remains an area of intense cultural controversy as proponents of radical left gender ideology reject reality and objective biology.
The problem of biological males stealing first place from female competitors extends to various athletic activities such as swimming and swimming go skateboarding.
Biological male swimmer Lia Thomas previously received a lot of attention for winning multiple competitions against biological females while competing as a swimmer at the University of Pennsylvania. Earlier this year, the school even claimed Thomas was “the first Quaker swimmer to win an NCAA singles title.”
“The very simple answer is that I’m not a man,” Thomas said loudly sports illustrated. “I’m a woman, so I belong on the women’s team. Trans people deserve the same respect that every other athlete gets.”
