The Eastern Conference Semifinals series between the Celtics and the Bucks concludes with Game 7 on Sunday.

Jayson Tatum’s 46-point performance helped Boston against Milwaukee and Giannis Antetokounmpo’s 44-point, 20-rebound night in Game 6 to force Game 7.

After getting the victory on the road, the Celtics are allowed to host Game 7. While the Celtics and Bucks hold the same regular-season record (51-31), Boston has home field advantage because it won its fourth tiebreak with a better record against Eastern Conference playoff teams than Milwaukee.

However, the Bucks had an opportunity to maintain home field advantage in a potential seven-game series against the Celtics. On the final day of the regular season, the Bucks were actually a game ahead of the Celtics overall. But Milwaukee decided to rest their top players against Cleveland and lost in a blowout before Boston Blowout Milwaukee with their top players available.

The home game seems to be a big reason the Celtics are decent favorites for Sunday’s game. They are five-point favorites at DraftKings Sportsbook. In its three previous victories in this series, Boston has won by at least five margins, with two of them by double digits. So far, however, the home side have only won twice in the series, adding an interesting layer to an already tense streak.

The favorite tends to do much better than the underdog in Game 7. Since 2005, Game 7 favorites have been 37-17 straight, according to John Ewing of BetMGM. However, they don’t fare as well against the spread, going 27-26-1 in that span according to Ewing.

The score has already moved a lot since the lines for Game 7 were released on Friday night. After opening at 208.5, the overall score is now 205.5 on DraftKings Sportsbook. The low score certainly seems reasonable given how well both teams play on defense. Four of the first six games in the series have seen a score of 205 or less. Historically, betting on the under total score tends to do well. Since 2005, Ewing has put the Under at 33-21 in Game 7s.

Looking at player props, sportsbook like each of the superstars to have really big games again on Sunday. Antetokounmpo’s total score is an amazing 35.5 on DraftKings Sportsbook. While that’s a really high score for a player, Antetokounmpo has cleaned that number three times this series, all coming in the last four games. However, he struggled to score in the first two games in Boston, scoring 24 and 28 points in Games 1 and 2, respectively.

Tatum’s overall score is slightly lower, sitting at 30.5 on DraftKings. He’s only surpassed that mark twice in the streak, but those came in the last two games when he scored 34 points in Game 5 ahead of his 46-point game on Friday.

Tatum has done well in Game 7 throughout his career and has played in three so far. However, he has never surpassed 30 points in a Game 7, averaging 24.3 points, 8.3 rebounds and 4.3 assists on .438/.388/.842 shooting splits.

Some other notable player supports at DraftKings include Jaylen Brown’s Total Score (24.5), Jrue Holiday’s Total Score (20.5), Marcus Smart’s Total Score (14.5), Antetoukoumpo’s Total Assist (6.5), Tatum’s Total Assist (5.5), and Smarts overall support (6.5).

Historically, the Celtics tend to do well in Game 7. They’re 24-9 in such games, with one of those wins coming in 2018 over Antetokounmpo and the Bucks. Milwaukee, on the other hand, didn’t fare as well, going a road win in Game 7 with just 3-8 all-time. Of course, the Bucks have a two-time MVP in their prime and are the reigning champions, so the history books of either franchise might not matter much at 3:30 p.m. Sunday.
