Where is Angellica Bell on the Martin Lewis Money Show?

The reason Angellica Bell is missing from The Martin Lewis Money Show is because she left during the last series (March 2023).

She hosted the show from 2017 to 2023.

The presenter decided to leave the show to pursue other projects, which included launching her own Weekend Breakfast Show on Magic Radio.

Angellica has also joined Channel 5’s brand new show Shop Smart, Save Money.

Meanwhile, on her final episode of The Martin Lewis Money Show, Martin said: “I would like to thank Angelica for the series, you were wonderful…”

Angellica then replied, “Can I just say thank you, Martin, because you do so much work and put so much time into this show?”

“You are absolutely brilliant and help so many people. Thank you thank you thank you.”

When Angellica previously spoke about working with Martin, she had nothing but praise for the money-saving expert.

She told The Sun: “It’s great to be working with Martin.”

“We dress up together on TV, we laugh, we try to go out to dinner a few times a year, and he calls me Jelly on screen.”

Who replaced Angellica Bell?

Angellica was replaced by former Team GB athlete Jeanette Kwakye.

Since retiring from her sports career, the former Olympic sprinter has become a television presenter.

She joined The Martin Lewis Money Show as co-host of the series’ 13th season.

Making its debut on October 31, 2023, presenter Martin Lewis said: “We have a debutant on the show. Please welcome Janette Kwakye as she joins us for our 13th series.”

In a statement posted on ITV’s X-profile (formerly Twitter), Martin said: “Jeanette will be a brilliant addition to the show. This is such an important series because we are far from over the cost of living crisis – energy bills are expected to be higher this winter than the last terrible winter, car insurance renewals are up over 60%, interest rates are in shot up.

“I need a great presenter to accompany me in the studio and keep me updated so I can get as much information as possible in an hour. So who better to be on the show than a former Olympic sprinter with her fast feet on the ground.”

Angellica became a household name when she rose to fame as a CBBC presenter in the early noughties.

She has since had a successful career as a television and radio presenter.

In the box she regularly presents The One Show and every year Angelica is one of the presenters of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
