Your Place or Mine Trailer: Reese Witherspoon, Ashton Kutcher – Netflix

Why yes, we’re about to see a cheesy romantic comedy starring Reese Witherspoon and Ashton Kutcher.

Netflix released a trailer for the new film on Thursday your place or mine, bringing together two of the genre’s MVPs for the first time. On Friday February 10th, the feature revolves around best friends (and total opposites) Debbie and Peter. “She craves routine with her son in Los Angeles; he lives from change in New York,” says the official logline. “When they swap homes and lives for a week, they find that what they think they want may not be what they really need.”

Written and directed by Crazy ex girlfriend co-creator Aline Brosh McKenna, your place or mine also stars Steve Zahn (The White Lotus), Zoë Chao (love life), Tig Notaro (Star Trek: Discovery), Jesse Williams (Grey’s anatomy), Griffin Matthews (Dear whites) and colleague crazy ex Veterinarians Vella Lovell and Rachel Bloom.

Neither Witherspoon nor Kutcher are strangers to Netflix. Witherspoon recently served as executive producer on Zoe Saldaña Completely newwhile Kutcher served as executive producer and lead actor on the long-running sitcom the ranch. He will next be reprising his breakout role as Michael Kelso in the That 70’s show spin off That ’90s showPremiering Thursday, January 19.

Witherspoon is busy too. In addition to Season 3 of Apple TV+ The morning show (Release Date TBA) will be directed by Oscar-winning director Brosh McKenna’s Teddy Lasso-like comedy All starswhich was recently commissioned by Prime Video for two seasons directly related to the series.
